Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry released a statement on March 9 as regards the fact that the UN Security Council fabricated again the U.S.-masterminded 'resolution on sanctions' against the DPRK over its third underground nuclear test.

The statement was distributed as an official document of the UNSC S/2013/141 on March 14.
