Korean Central News Agency of DPRK via Korea News Service (KNS)
Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, in a banquet arranged in celebration of the anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of Songun (military-first) revolutionary leadership (August 25), said he signed an all-out counter-offensive plan for accomplishing the great cause of national reunification.
In this regard, Hyon Ki Chong, a general officer of the KPA, told KCNA:
"Some days ago, Supreme Commander of KPA Kim Jong Un, during his inspection tour of frontline units of the southwest front, ordered the servicepersons to deal at once deadly counter-blows at the enemy if even a single shell is dropped on the waters or in the territory of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and lead the battle to a sacred war for national reunification.
And a few days ago, he announced that he signed the operational plan for implementing it."
A KPA general officer, Tong Tae San, said;
"The ratification of the operational plan signals a great scared war for national reunification.
In response to the order of the supreme commander, the heroic Korean People's Army will counter a provocation of the enemies with a prompt counterattack and a war of aggression with a sacred war for national reunification.
Victory is in store for the Korean people in a war for national reunification.
If the U.S. and Lee Myung Bak regime dare provoke a war, though the DPRK does not want it, we will finish the war at a stretch, in line with the operational plan the supreme commander signed.
The U.S. and the Lee group of traitors will pay dearly for their reckless moves."
