U.S.Invites First Vice Foreign Minister of DPRK to New York

Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The United States invited Kim Kye Gwan, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, to New York to discuss the issue of resuming the six-party talks.
U.S. Department of State Secretary Hillary issued a statement in this regard on July 24.
Kim will meet with an interagency team of U.S. officials for discussions on the necessary steps, the statement said.
