o On March 29, North Korea threatened to construct a nuclear reactor using its own nuclear fuels and denounced the adoption of a human rights resolution on North Korea by the UN Human Rights Council, declaring it a "product of political intrigues.”
[Inter-Korean Issues]
o On March 29, North Korea threatened that if the South Korean press covers the DMZ, it would lead to ‘human casualties and unpredictable consequences.’
