Story of Kin Il Sung
Korean Central News Agency of DPRK via Korea News Service (KNS)
Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- One autumn day in Juche 62 (1973), President Kim Il Sung visited a cooperative farm in Taedong County.
He sat together with farmers to have discussions on their living conditions.
He told them that he wanted to give a treat to them for their good job in that year's farming and asked what kinds of goods they needed more.
One of the farmers answered they had no more to need. Listening to him, the President, with a smile on his face, told farmers not to hesitate to tell what they needed.
Then the farmers said they needed pleated skirts, shoes and some other goods.
The President wrote down the goods in his handbook.
The following day he took measures to send all of the goods to rural communities throughout the country.
