Ri Yong Ho Awarded Vice Marshal

Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho was awarded the military rank of Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army, according to Decision No. 07 of the DPRK National Defence Commission issued on Monday.
