Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- One day in mid-March Juche 40 (1951), President Kim Il Sung worked at his office till late at night and left for a unit of the Korean People's Army on the west coast by car that night.
When the car reached the top of a low pass, he told the driver to stop the car.
