Potato Yogurt Made for Children

Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- Potato yogurt has been produced in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for the improvement of children's health.
It, developed by the Research Institute for Nutrition Care of Children under the Academy of Medical Science, is good for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea and indigestion.
The institute made it by fermenting lactic bacteria after removing solanine from potato and turning high molecular substances into low molecular ones.
The yogurt contains various nutritious, antibiotic and immune matters, digestion enzymes, etc.
