A statement of the spokespersons for the National Defense Committee and the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland came as the international joint investigation team released the investigation result of the Cheonan sinking incident (May 21). The north insisted in the statement that it will take tough measures including all-out war and demanded the South to accept the NDC inspection team on the Cheonan sinking.
