Present there on invitation were artistes of the "Orchestra of the 21st Century" of Russia on a visit to the DPRK.
The concert began with the playing of the "Patriotic Song." Put on the stage were various numbers including male chorus "Song of the Korean People's Army," male solo and chorus "A Sentinel Offers Warm Greetings to the Leader", male chorus "Wind Blows on Mt. Paektu" and male solo and chorus "Song of Comradeship."
The performers enthusiastically sang high praises of the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung who provided the glorious and ever-victorious history and traditions of the Korean revolution and those of General Secretary Kim Jong Il who demonstrated the country's dignity and might with his original Songun politics.
The numbers including male solo and chorus "Soldiers Live near the General," male chorus "The Way to Victory," tale and mixed choruses "The Road of Our March" and "The Victorious Parade" truthfully represented the powerful spirit and militant mettle of the KPA which has opened up a new era of prosperity under the leadership of the peerlessly great man born of Heaven.
