"Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works" Published

Pyongyang, April 6 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House published Vol. 86 of "Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works", a library of the immortal Juche idea systematically and comprehensively dealing with his famous works in a chronological order.
The book contains 34 works including historic conclusions, talks, speeches and congratulatory messages the President made from August to December, Juche 76 (1987).
The President in the works indicates ideas, strategic and tactical tasks and ways for bringing about a great surge in the socialist economic construction and achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of the country and global peace and security.
Clarified in the works are issues of developing the key industrial domains including metal, power and coal industries and easing the strain on railway transport and tasks and ways for thoroughly implementing the socialist rural theses and improving the people's standard of living.
The President underscored the need for the officials guiding economy to hold fast to the economic policy of the WPK and decisively improve the economic organization and guidance and management from a firm Juche-oriented stand in such works as "Conclusion Made at the Consultative Meeting of Senior Officials of the Administration Council" and "On Decisively Boosting the Economy in South Phyongan Province".
Expounded in various works including "On Channeling Great Efforts into the Development of Science and Technology" and "On Solving Heat Problem and Further Developing Science and Technology" are ideas of putting the nation's science and technology on a high level by focusing efforts on important scientific and technological fields and contributing to placing the national economy on a Juche-oriented, modern and scientific basis.
The President re-clarified the strategic and tactical issues arising in achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of the country and ensuring peace and security in the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world in such works as "Talk to a Delegation from the Japan Socialist Party" and "Progressive Youth of the World, Unite and Fight Vigorously against Imperialism".
The book also contains works clarifying the task facing the officials of the branches of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan to do well the work with the Korean workers in commerce in Japan and idea of boosting the economic and technical cooperation among developing countries and other issues.
