National Reunification Council, criticizing the South
North Korea National Reunification Council spokesperson released a statement criticizing that the South Korean government is devising a plot to spy out the North using North Korean refugees. In the meantime, the North threatened the North Korean refugees that they will be judged and punished by their people. (Korean Central News Agency on Mar. 23)
NK, threatening to enhance its nuclear deterrent
The spokesperson of the People’s Army General Staff criticized in a Q&A form that the Korean government and neighboring countries’ state-run institutions are planning to discuss “the possibility of sudden change in North Korea.” It also made threats that it will strengthen its nuclear deterrent.
