[ Inside North Korea ]
o North Korea recently implemented a 'nationwide public anti-epidemic project' at the National Emergency Epidemic Control Committee in response to the H1N1 flu, commonly known as swine flu.
o On May 20, North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency reported, "Kim Jong-il visited the Daeheung, Yongyang, and Geomdeok mines in Dancheon." The agency also reported on May 21 that Kim Jong-il conducted an inspection of Air Force Military Unit No. 814.
[ Outside North Korea ]
o On May 18, in a statement by the spokesperson for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland, North Korea asserted that the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is the 'most anti-nationalistic organization among South Korean government agencies.’
