Letter to Kim Jong Il from Barack Obama

Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a personal letter from Barack Obama, President of the United States of America.
The letter was conveyed to Kang Sok Ju, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, on December 9 by Stephen Bosworth, U.S. special representative for DPRK policy who visited the DPRK.
