Continuous criticism on the South Korean government
North Korea has continuously blamed the South, referring to the names of high-ranking officials of the South Korean government such as Unification Minister and Foreign Minister. It also insisted that the attitude of South Korean authorities toward the North Korean nuclear issue has been interrupting the improvement of the inter-Korean relations. North Korea urged the U.S to reduce its nuclear arms, referring to President Obama’s message to establish a Nuclear-Free World, according to the commentary of Rodong Sinmun on Dec 16.

The N.K Minister of People’s Security’s visit to China
North Korean Media reported that Ju Sang song, the Minister of People’s Security visited China from Dec 15 to 19 and had meetings with Meng Jianzhu, the Minister of Public Security of People’s Republic of China. (Korean Central News Agency and Korean Central Television on Dec 15 to Dec 19)
