Emphasis on 100-day campaign

Nine confirmed cases of H1N1 flu
The North Korean Ministry of Public Health reported 9 confirmed cases of H1N1 flu in Pyongyang and Shineuiju. (Korean Central News Agency, on Dec 9)

Continuous criticism on the South Korean government
The North blamed the South for the deterioration of the inter-Korean relations, insisting the South has refused the North’s proposal of inter-Korean dialog and hindered the economic cooperation. The N.K. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson on Dec 11 had a press conference with Korean Central News Agency with regard to Steven Bosworth’s visit to N.K. and announced the result of the talk between the U.S. and the north.

Criticism on the strengthened alliance between the U.S. and Japan

U.S Country Reports on Human Rights Practices
North Korean media have criticized the U.S of its Annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, insisting it is interference in internal affairs and infringement of sovereignty.
