DPRK official expresses full support for Iranian nuclear program

Beijing, May 18, IRNA -- Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea's Minister of Labor Jong Yong Su expressed his country's full support for Iran’s civilian nuclear program.
Speaking in the opening ceremony of Iran's cultural week in Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, the minister said his nation appreciated the resistance of Iranian nation to the US bullying policies and supported its nuclear rights.
Recalling the 20th anniversary of the visit of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to DPRK, he believed the visit initiated a major development in bilateral relations.
He further hailed the joint efforts being made by Pyongyang and Tehran to fight hegemonic powers and said Iran, having surpassed many hardships and challenges, was by now moving towards promoting peace in the world and consolidating stability in the region.
