Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Show Closes

Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- The Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia show for celebrating the 60th birthday of the DPRK was closed with due ceremony at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition on Friday. The show drew a large number of servicepersons, people, school youth and children and overseas compatriots and foreign friends every day since it was opened on Sept. 5.
Present at the closing ceremony were Choe Thae Bok, Yang Hyong Sop and others, and officials of armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, working people's organizations and enterprises, servicepersons, working people and members of the congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan.
Diplomas of top prize of the show were awarded to seven units and those of prize to 15 units.
Diplomas of special prize went to the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Greenhouse in Hunchun of China.
Kim Pyong Hun, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of the Unions of Literature and the Arts of Korea, made an address at the ceremony.
