Kim Jong Il Inspects Company of KPA Unit

   Pyongyang, April 5 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected a company of KPA Unit 350.
    After acquainting himself with the performance of the company's duty, he watched soldiers in training.
    He expressed satisfaction over the fact that all the soldiers of the company have acquired high military technology and combat capacity enough to beat back the enemy's invasion at a single stroke and firmly defend the socialist homeland and set forth the tasks to be fulfilled by the company to increase its combat capability.
    The People's Army has grown to be invincible revolutionary armed forces by establishing the revolutionary trait of greeting a new day after spending a sleepless night with training through the thorough implementation of the slogan of the Workers' Party of Korea "Let Us Train, Study and Live like Anti-Japanese Guerrillas!", he noted, adding that the revolutionary cause of the DPRK is sure to triumph as it has such matchless army glorifying the tradition and history of the great single-minded unity and demonstrating its might.
    Then he took deep care of the service and living of soldiers, looking round an educational room, a bedroom, a mess hall, a kitchen, a daily provision store, a wash-cum-bath house and other places of the company.
    He gave the company meticulous teachings, paying deep attention to every aspect of its soldiers' service and life, ranging from means for entertainment and education and conditions of their bedroom to every photograph they had taken and fine art works created by them.
    He highly praised the company for having successfully built cultural and educational and supply service facilities and gave a high appreciation to its officers and soldiers for having assiduously managed it in perfect unity and effected a new turn in the sideline job including sideline farming and stockbreeding, in particular.
    He gave the soldiers of the company a pair of binoculars, a machine gun and an automatic rifle as gifts before having a photo session with them.
