Revolutionary Museum Draws Large Crowd of Visitors

   Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) -- The Revolutionary Museum at the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces is now crowded with visitors everyday on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's assumption of office as supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.
    Servicepersons and people of different strata visiting the museum are replete with their absolute trust and deep reverence for Kim Jong Il who is bringing about the great heyday of building the revolutionary armed forces with courage and spirit of Mt. Paektu.
    The "Room Devoted to the Songun Revolutionary Leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Il", which makes one recall his immortal Songun feats with deep emotion, draws particular attention of the visitors.
    They looked round with deep emotion the historic materials and relics telling about the historical facts that Kim Jong Il unrolled a Juche-oriented programme for building the army and has developed the KPA into a genuine army of the leader, the party and people.
    They were deeply moved to see the historic materials dealing with the leadership traits of Kim Jong Il who has shown deep care for the servicepersons so that they might grow to be a-match-for-a hundred fighters and materials introducing the histories of the KPA units inspected by the brilliant commander of Songun.
    Going round historic materials and relics, they more deeply grasped the validity and tremendous vitality of the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il.
    A great many overseas Koreans and foreign friends also have visited the museum.
    A total of more than 3.35 million servicepersons and people from all walks of life have visited the museum over the past 16 years.
