Rodong Sinmun on All-Embracing Policy

   Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- The all-embracing policy pursued by Kim Jong Il serves as a policy of noble human love as he shows loving care for all people and a patriotic policy based on the broadest magnanimity as it unites close Koreans of all classes and strata for the accomplishment of the common cause of the country and the nation.
    Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in a signed article.
    Patriotism is the core of the all-embracing policy pursued by Kim Jong Il, the article notes, and goes on:
    His famous works "Let Us Carry Out the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung's Instructions for National Reunification" and "Let Us Reunify the Country Independently and Peacefully through the Great Unity of the Entire Nation" fully reflect his noble idea of patriotism.
    He is widely known for such broad magnanimity as showing loving care for all members of the nation irrespective of idea, ism, religious belief and social system and for such personality as a great man as treating with tolerance and broad mindedness those persons ready to sincerely devote themselves to the cause of national reunification without asking their past though they took a wrong path in the past. He made a bold patriotic decision to unite with all those who set store by the common interests of the nation and stand for the country's reunification under the banner of the great national unity, be they in the ruling upper crust, ruling and opposition figures, capitalists and army generals in south Korea. This policy attracted all fellow countrymen and ushered in the new era of national independence and reunification.
    Thanks to this all-embracing policy all the Koreans in the north and the south and overseas could greet the June 15 era of reunification in which they are advancing by their concerted efforts and confidently foresee the victory of the national cause of independent reunification.
    The above-said policy serves as a patriotic policy based on the broadest magnanimity as it unites all Koreans as one to achieve unity and reunification.
    Too many to tell are legendary stories about those who made a U turn from anti-communism to patriotism to serve the country and the nation and enjoyed an eternal life thanks to the great magnanimity and warm love and trust of Kim Jong Il who regards patriotic intention and aspiration more important than anything else.
    The attraction and vitality of his all-embracing policy have already been proved by the reality in the June 15 era of reunification.
    It is his steadfast will to achieve unity and reunification of the nation and build a great prosperous powerful nation on this land by enforcing the policy of love, the patriotic all-embracing policy.
