U.S. Air Force Perpetrates Madcap War Exercises against DPRK

Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialist aggressor forces are hell-bent on aerial war exercises against the DPRK, according to military sources.
On April 18 and 19 the U.S. imperialist warlike forces sent 15 reconnaissance planes of different types including RC-7B, RC-12 and U-2 to intensively spy on the whole area of the DPRK before launching into the exercises.
Meanwhile, overseas-based F-15s, formations of F/A-18s, E-8C and E-2C flew to the U.S. air force bases in south Korea.
On April 19 and 20 planes of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces conducted madcap air battle exercises and drills for intensive air raids by formations, close air support and long-distance navigation with the air above the areas of North and South Chungchong Provinces, south Korean Kangwon Province and Kyonggi Province as operational theatres.
The above-said aerial war exercises commanded by E-3 involved a total of more than 500 planes of various types including those of the U.S. 7th air force in south Korea and overseas-based flying corps.
