Servicepersons of Ministry of People's Security Hold Oath-Taking Meeting

Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- A meeting of servicepersons of the Ministry of People's Security took place on April 3 at the plaza of the Kumsusan Memorial Palace, the supreme temple of Juche, to take an oath to carry out the last instructions of President Kim Il Sung to the letter.
To the tune of a solemn band music of "Song of General Kim Il Sung", all the participants raised their hands in salute to the portrait of the President with humble reverence.
At the call of Ju Sang Song, minister of People's Security, the participants solemnly took an oath to always hold the President in high esteem as the father of socialist Korea and the sun of Juche and faithfully uphold the Songun revolutionary leadership of Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il.
They expressed their rock-firm will to share the same idea, intention and destiny with the headquarters of the revolution and become the first-line death-defying corps and the first human bullets and bombs of the supreme commander to politically, ideologically and devotedly defend him.
They firmly pledged themselves to become ardent vanguard of the Songun revolution who successfully put into practice the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea and true servants reliably safeguarding the lives and property of the people.
The meeting was followed by a march-past of servicepersons of the ministry at the plaza.
