Internal Affairs

• North Korea denounced the RSOI/FE training (March 25~31) in a statement by a spokesperson of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland on March 10, interview between a spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Korean Central News Agency on March 23, and a statement by a spokesperson of the Korean National Peace Committee on March 25.

• According to the report by the Central Broadcasting Station on March 27, North Korea chose the fish farm management in spring as a task that should be conducted during the period of general mobilization for land management and encouraged it.

• The Central Broadcasting Station reported on March 24 that seeding rice began in a cooperative farm in Hwanghae-namdo.

Inter-Korean Affairs

• The Central Broadcasting Station reported on April 1 that the spokesperson of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of the Fatherland announced a statement, criticizing the agreement between the U.S. and ROK on the cost for the transfer of the U.S. military base in South Korea

• The Central Broadcasting Station reported on March 27 that a spokesperson of the DPRK’s Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland condemned the South Korean Grand National Party regarding the discussion on the adjustment of the policy toward the North through the interview with Korean Central News Agency on March 27.
