Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- The DPRK delegation headed by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Kye Gwan returned home on Saturday after participating in the six-party talks. It was greeted at the airport by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Yong Il and officials concerned, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Liu Xiaoming and Russian Charge d'Affaires here Alexander Matsegora.
