DPRK Delegation Leaves for Six-Party Talks

Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- The DPRK delegation headed by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Kye Gwan left here Saturday to participate in the six-party talks to open in Beijing on Dec. 18. It was seen off at the airport by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Yong Il, officials concerned, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Liu Xiaoming and Russian Charge d'Affaires Ad Interim here Alexander Matsegora.
