Talks between Parliamentary Delegations of DPRK and Iran Held

Tehran, November 16 (KCNA) -- Talks between the delegation of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and the delegation of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran were held in Tehran on Nov. 16. Present there from the DPRK side were members of its delegation headed by SPA Chairman Choe Thae Bok and DPRK Ambassador to Iran Kim Chang Ryong and from the Iranian side members of the Iranian delegation headed by Speaker Golamali Hadad Adel. Both sides informed each other of their parliamentary activities and exchanged views on the issue of boosting the friendly and cooperative relations between the assemblies of the two countries and on a series of matters of mutual concern.
The talks proceeded in a friendly atmosphere.
Choe Thae Bok met and had a talk with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on Nov. 15.
