The speakers said that Kim Jong Il's start of the study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. They went on to say:
He was the first in history to explore the road of the above-said study tour and in this course created peculiar educational forms and methods of teaching the visitors the revolutionary traditions. He, at the same time, provided a sure guarantee for turning the area of Mt. Paektu into a center for the education in the revolutionary traditions.
The path of study tour explored by Kim Jong Il meant a road to great inheritance as it demonstrated his unshakable faith to give steady continuity to the march to Mt. Paektu President Kim Il Sung staged while making a long journey of anti-Japanese bloody battles for twenty years. And it was a historic journey in which he created fresh styles and methods of the party's ideological work to bring up the younger generation into reliable heirs to the Juche cause by thoroughly arming them with the glorious revolutionary traditions of the WPK.
They called upon the officials and researchers in the field of social sciences to further deepen the researches into the greatness of the three generals of Mt. Paektu and their undying exploits and briskly explain theories to help people and school youth and children deeply grasp the revolutionary traditions of Juche and thus positively contribute to training them into vanguard fighters in the Songun revolution.
