Rodong Sinmun Calls for Keeping Steadfast Anti-imperialist Class Consciousness

   Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- The reality of Korea building socialism while confronting with the U.S. imperialists, the chieftain of aggression and war, requires to have more transparent anti-imperialist class consciousness than ever before, says Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a signed article, calling for holding fast to the class weapons, arms of revolution under the banner of great Songun to creditably defend its ideology and system and the gains of revolution. What is important in keeping steadfast class consciousness at present is to have firm will and determination to fight to the end against those who encroach upon our ideology, system, dignity and cause, with the conviction of certain victory of the socialist cause, the article notes, and goes on:
    Do-or-die will and determination to devotedly defend one's ideology, system and cause stem from the validity of the socialist cause and the conviction of its victory. If one does not have faith in certain victory, one vacillates and retreats in the class struggle and finally makes a mess of the gains of revolution. This is the truth proved by the collapse of socialism in several countries.
    The shining victory in defending socialism and the proud feats performed in building a great prosperous powerful nation despite ordeals and difficulties laid by the imperialist allied forces on all sides clearly showed that no force on earth can match the army and the people of Korea who have faith in certain victory.
    The U.S. imperialists are most afraid of the unshakable faith and will of the Korean people to fight to the end, not fearing to die.
    Nobody can match the might of the DPRK that has the invincible revolutionary armed forces and where the army and people are rallied as firm as a rock in the steadfast spirit of anti-imperialist struggle.
