Ro To Chol Meets Chinese Delegations

   Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the DPRK Cabinet, met and had a friendly conversation with the delegation of the China Development Bank led by its governor Chen Won at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Monday. The head of the delegation said that the friendly and cooperative relations between China and the DPRK have long historical roots, adding that they would make positive efforts to boost these ties provided by revolutionaries of the elder generation.
    On hand were Kim Chon Gyun, director of the Central Bank and officials concerned and Wu Shumin, minister councilor of the Chinese embassy here.
    On the same day Ro also met and had a friendly conversation with the delegation of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Chamber of International Commerce led by Chairman Wan Jifei at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.
    The head of the delegation noted that during the visit they were deeply impressed by the endeavors of the Korean people to build a great prosperous powerful nation under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Il. The friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries are growing stronger as the days go by under the deep care of President Hu Jintao and leader Kim Jong Il, he added.
    Present there were Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade Jo Jong Ho, Director of the Chamber of Commerce of the DPRK Ri Hak Gwon, and Minister Councilor Guan Huabing and Economic and Commercial Councilor Gu Jinsheng of the Chinese embassy here.
