   Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- The era of Songun is an era of enormous creation and change in which the army and people in the DPRK are working hard in all fields to build a great prosperous powerful socialist nation. Rodong Sinmun today says this in a signed article. Thanks to the Songun policy of the Workers' Party of Korea the servicepersons and people have put the overall economy on the track of steady progress, pulling through grave difficulties in recent years, the article notes, and says:
    The Songun policy, in short, means a socialist political mode that makes it possible to defend the country and push ahead with socialist construction in all aspects by putting forward the People's Army as the main force of revolution.
