During the campaign trees along the main streets will be replaced by gingko and apricot trees and more P. Canadensis and maple trees will be planted along all the streets.
City administration fields will pave or repair the roads of scores of kilometers, replace the sidewalk blocks of over 1,760,000 square meters with the color ones and repair the dwelling houses and public buildings of hundreds of thousands of square meters.
