Noble Moral Obligation Prevails in DPRK

   Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- December 25 is the tenth anniversary of the publication of leader Kim Jong Il's famous work "Respecting the Forerunners of the Revolution Is a Noble Moral Obligation of Revolutionaries". The work serves as a historic milestone in paving a new phase for the building of revolutionary morals and a militant banner indicating the way to accomplish the cause of socialism with the revolutionary moral obligation.
    Over the last decade noble moral obligation has been displayed to the full in the country.
    A model has been created in the cause of perpetuating the memory of the leader, which has been unprecedented in the world.
    The people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have built the Kumsusan Memorial Palace as the sacred temple of Juche to have President Kim Il Sung as in his lifetime.
    Thanks to the embodiment of the slogan "Let us arm ourselves more firmly with the revolutionary idea of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung!" in the whole society, the ideas and exploits of the President have been thoroughly defended and brilliantly carried forward.
    A social trait of valuing and treating preferentially the elders of the revolution including first and second generations is given to fuller play than ever before and their ideal and aspiration have come true on this land.
    In particular, the revolutionary spirit and fighting trait of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters have been displayed at the construction sites of modern factories and monumental edifices including large-sized land alignment and the Paekma-Cholsan Waterway projects and their lofty life will continue along with the advancing fatherland.
    In the recent years, hero Kim Ki Bong dedicated his life to rescue his comrade from a critical condition, woman So Hye Suk is looking after many orphans and young people are attending war veterans with no kith and kin to depend on. Such lofty moral trait is pervading the whole society to convert the DPRK into a big family of socialism.
    All this is the fine fruition of vitality and validity of the ideas advanced by Kim Jong Il in the work.
