North Side's Delegation Leaves

Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- A north side's delegation led by Chief Councillor Kwon Ho Ung of the Cabinet left here today to attend the 17th North-South Ministerial Talks to be held on Jeju Island of south Korea. It was seen off at the airport by Minister of Education Kim Yong Jin, Chairman of the National Economic Cooperation Committee Jong Un Op and others.
