Aggressive Conspiracy Contrary to National Cooperation

   Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- It is an open denial of the basic spirit of the June 15 joint declaration and criminal action of defying the declaration that the south Korean warlike forces are taking the road of military confrontation with fellow countrymen in "cooperation" with the outside forces, following their moves for a war against the north, says Rodong Sinmun today in a signed article. In case "cooperation" with the outside forces in a war continues in south Korea, peace of the country will be exposed to danger and will entail irrevocable harmful consequences upon the development of inter-Korean relations, the article says, and goes on:
    Military "cooperation" with outsiders goes to prove that the south Korean warlike forces are still regarding their fellow countrymen in the north as "principal enemy" and watching for a chance for aggression. This action will only create distrust and aggravate tension, far from promoting inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation.
    The military conspiracy with outsiders is a dangerous gambling which may spark a war against the north. The U.S. is now talking about "dialogue" and "peaceful settlement" of the nuclear issue, but it is actually seeking to stifle the north by a war and watching for a chance to do so.
    The U.S. is, in camera, hastening the exercises for a surprise attack on nuclear facilities of the north and mapping out and renewing adventurous operation plans against the north one after another. This indicates that the U.S. intends to unhesitatingly use force on the Korean Peninsula. Under this situation, the south Korean military authorities are extensively reinforcing their armed forces under the signboard of "independent national defense" talking about "alliance" with the U.S., which will suit the strategic calculation of the U.S. bellicose elements and fan its ambition for a war against the north.
