Inside Story about U.S. Arms Buildup Plan Disclosed
Korean Central News Agency of DPRK via Korea News Service (KNS)
Pyongyang, May 2 (KCNA) -- It has been disclosed that the U.S. arms build-up plan envisaged even the capacity of rapid deployment of the U.S. forces in case of "emergency" on the Korean Peninsula, according to south Korean KBS. The U.S. Forces Command in south Korea said that the plan calls for the capability to rapidly hurl its marines in Okinawa and Striker unit in the U.S. mainland into the Korean Peninsula and promptly deploy military hardware in case of "emergency" there. The U.S. imperialist bellicose elements are now leaving no stone unturned to mount a preemptive attack on the DPRK and stifle it, while putting the scenarios of a war against it into more concrete shapes.
