Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the International United Confederation of Koreans headed by Jong Yong Nam arrived here Thursday to commemorate the Day of the Sun. Also arriving was a delegation of the Tynda, Russia, Group for the Study of the Juche Idea headed by Gennadi Astakhov.
