Megawati Soekarnoputri Concludes DPRK Visit

    Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) -- Former Indonesian President Megawati Soekarnoputri, chairwoman of the Central Directive Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle, and her party left for home today after the four-day visit to the DPRK. They participated in the commemorations of the 40th anniversary of Kimilsungia, the flower representing the sun, and the 7th Kimilsungia Festival during the visit.
    They were seen off at the airport by Kang Nung Su, vice-chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly and chairman of the Korean Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, and Mun Jae Chol, acting chairman of the Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries.
    While staying here, they visited Mangyongdae, the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition, the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, the Pyongyang Embroidery Institute and the Mansudae Art Studio.
