Reception Given for Participants in Art Festival

Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- The organizing committee of the 23rd April Spring Friendship Art Festival hosted a reception for the participants in the festival at Yanggakdo International Hotel on Sunday evening.
Present there on invitation were cultural delegations and delegates from various countries, foreign artistes and overseas Korean artistes.
Minister of Culture Choe Ik Gyu who is chairman of the organizing committee of the festival, vice-chairpersons of the committee and officials concerned were on hand.
A speech was made at the reception.
