War Drills against DPRK Assailed

Korean Central News Agency of DPRK via Korea News Service (KNS)

Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a signed article says that the essence of the U.S. Korea policy is the policy of aggression from A to Z to keep extreme hostility toward the DPRK and stifle it. Referring to the recent fact that the U.S. staged the nuclear war exercises against the north of Korea, a combination of the RSOI and Foal Eagle joint military drill, in south Korea, the article points out:
The exercises are a grave military provocation against the DPRK and a prelude to the provocation of a new war. The exercises, which were staged in an atmosphere of an actual war, are a version of the Team Spirit joint military drill, a three-dimensional nuclear test war and a preliminary war against the DPRK, in their scale, nature and content.
The Bush bellicose forces are keen to cover up their hostile policy towards the DPRK with the veil of "dialogue" and "peace", vociferating that they have "no hostility towards the north" and talking about a "peaceful solution" to the nuclear issue. It is nothing but a brigandish behavior of turning black into white and a sophism to cover their aggressive attempt.
The advertisement of the Bush administration that it has neither hostility towards the DPRK nor intention to invade it is a mere shameless deception of a provocateur aimed to shift to the DPRK the blame for the delay of the resumption of the six-party talks and the settlement of the nuclear issue and the escalating military tension on the Korean Peninsula.
The DPRK have already demanded the U.S. prove in practice that it has no hostility towards the former if the latter truly wants the resumption of the six-party talks and the peaceful settlement of the nuclear issue.
Nevertheless, the U.S. staged the large-scale nuclear test war against the DPRK, which showed that there is no change in its hostile policy to stifle the DPRK and its attempt to militarily stifle the DPRK is practically in real earnest.
The more the U.S. persists in the war drills against the DPRK, the more the true colors of its aggressive and criminal hostile policy towards the DPRK will be exposed to the world.
