Reception Given by Chinese Ambassador

Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Wu Donghe Wednesday evening hosted a reception for officials of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces on the threshold of the New Year Juche 94 (2005).
Present on invitation were Kim Sang Ik, vice-minister of the People's Armed Forces, and others.
Military Attache of the Chinese embassy Yang Xilian and embassy officials were on hand.
Speeches were made at the reception.
The speakers stressed the need to boost friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the armies of the two countries in the New Year.
