- U.S. / KOREA TALKS VOA 06 Nov 2004 -- A senior U.S. diplomat has flown to Beijing for consultations after holding two meetings in New York last week with North Korean officials posted to the United Nations. The Bush administration wants an early resumption of Chinese-sponsored six-party talks on the North Korean nuclear program.
