Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- A memorandum of understanding on negotiations between the Foreign Ministries of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of South Africa was signed in Pyongyang today. The document was inked by Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs from our side, and by Anil Sooklal, deputy director general of the Department for Asia and the Middle East of the Foreign Ministry of South Africa from the opposite side.
