He dropped in at the sighting drill ground to watch soldiers in training.
What is essential of the traits to be acquired by the soldiers is the marksmanship worthy of a crack shot, he said, underscoring the need to focus efforts on training to prepare the soldiers as a-match-for-a-hundred fighters possessed of high marksmanship as early as possible.

He took warm care of the service and living of the recruits as their real parents would do, going round an education room, a bedroom, a mess hall, a daily provision store, a washroom, a mushroom cultivation ground, a processing room, welfare and service facilities and other entertainment and logistic facilities.
He met the soldiers who were in training after joining the army shortly ago and talked with them, congratulating them on their recruitment.
Our country is like an invulnerable fortress as it is defended as firm as an iron wall by the people who greatly prize arms with high civic awareness that the national defence reflects a most vivid expression of patriotism, he said, urging the recruits to fully prepare themselves ideologically, spiritually and physically during their service and become ardent revolutionaries and staunch fighters.
