Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- A contact between the heads of the delegations of the north and the south to the inter-Korean military working talks was made in Kaesong Monday.
At the contact both sides had an exhaustive discussion on technical issues for narrowing some differences that cropped up in the course of reviewing the work done for the first-phase removal of propaganda means for the implementation of an appendix to the "Agreement on the prevention of accidental conflicts in the West Sea, stop to the propaganda activities in the areas along the Military Demarcation Line and the removal of propaganda means" adopted at the North-South General-level Military Talks.
They agreed to buckle down to the second-phase undertaking to remove propaganda means in areas along the MDL from July 6.
