  • KOREA TALKS VOA 15 Mar 2004 -- North Korea failed to show up for working-level economic talks that had been scheduled to open today (Monday) in South Korea. North and South Korea are at odds over where to hold the meeting.
  • U.S. Urged to Withdraw Projected Joint Military Exercises KCNA 15 Mar 2004 -- A spokesman for the Panmunjom Mission of the Korean People's Army today gave an answer to the question put by KCNA as regards a telephone message sent to the KPA side by the U.S. side on March 9 to the effect that it would stage large-scale Foal Eagle joint military exercises and reception, staging, onward movement and integration (RSOI) in south Korea from March 22 to 28.
