U.S. Nuclear War Move Condemned in Korea
KCNA
Pyongyang, January 17 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists' reckless move for a nuclear war against the DPRK was condemned in all parts of Korea.
Workers of the Chollima Steel Complex held a rally at a worksite yesterday and said that the U.S. continued deployment of "GBU-28" laser guided bombs, "Smart bombs" and other sophisticated high-tech weapons after shipping "Striker" armored cars and "Shadow 2000" unmanned tactical aircraft into south Korea clearly shows that there is no change in the intention of the Bush bellicose forces to launch a preemptive attack on the DPRK.
The speakers stressed that if the U.S. imperialists ignite a nuclear war in this land in defiance of the unanimous denunciation of the Korean people and the world peace-loving people, the working class of the DPRK imbued with the spirit of devotedly defending the leader and the spirit of human bombs will wipe out the aggressors to the last.
At a rally on the Jangchon Co-op Farm in Sadong District, Pyongyang, on Jan. 15, speakers condemned the U.S. imperialists' war provocation moves to inflict nuclear holocaust on the Korean people as unpardonable anti-peace and anti-reunification moves going against the desire of the whole Korean nation for peace and reunification of the country.
They strongly demanded that the U.S. imperialists stop their rash move for arms buildup, keenly mindful of the will of the Korean people, and withdraw from south Korea along with the lethal equipment for aggression.
Speakers at a rally of teachers and students of Kim Il Sung University on Jan. 14 said that if the U.S. imperialists, intoxicated with the "theory of strength", unleash a war, misjudging the just measure of the DPRK, the youth and students of the DPRK will take rifles instead of pens in their hands and turn out in the sacred war against the U.S. to deal a mercilessly annihilating blow to the U.S. aggressors, the sworn enemy of the Korean people.
