Public bonds on sale

Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) -- The sale of people's life bonds started on May 1 in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The public bonds have been issued according to the law adopted at the sixth session of the 10th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK held on March 26.
All the people of the country, conscious that the issue of public bonds is an expression of the popular politics pursued by the Workers' Party of Korea, are taking an active part in buying bonds.
According to the data available at the central bank, public bonds worth billions of won were sold on May 2 alone in the country.
