Japanese reactionaries hit for visiting "Yasukuni Shrine"
KCNA
Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- Dietmen and representatives from different political parties of Japan including former Prime Minister Hashimoto and secretary general Yamazaki of the Liberal Democratic Party, 182 in all, visited the "Yasukuni Shrine" to honour the memory of the fallen militarists.
Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Sunday says it shows what a challengeable and reckless phase the moves of the Japanese reactionaries for militarization have reached.
The news analyst goes on:
The departed spirit of militarism prevails and militarization is now being stepped up in Japan.
The Liberal Democratic Party of Japan set the visit to the "Yasukuni Shrine" as its "basic movement policy" and the Japanese government is concerned with the issue of building memorial facilities at the shrine.
Their visit is not to express individual mind.
The Japanese reactionaries are now taking advantage of the more complicated international situation and abnormal developments in different regions to embark on the road of overseas expansion at an early date.
They are scheming to implant militarist spirit into the mind of the people in a bid to lead them to realize their ambition for overseas expansion they had not attained in the past.
But the militarist moves will bring nothing but destruction and disgrace to Japan.
The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to clearly see the trend of the 21st century and stop inciting militarist spirit.
