Youth and students in Pyongyang meet with DPRK heroes

KCNA

Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) -- Youth and students in Pyongyang met with DPRK heroes on April 22 on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the heroic Korean People's Army. The meeting was addressed by Kim Song Jin, lecturer of the victorious fatherland liberation war museum, and Kim Jung Jong, former unconverted long-term prisoner, who are DPRK heroes.
They said that during the last fatherland liberation war deciding on the destiny of the country the army and people of Korea rushed to the front in response to the order of President Kim Il Sung and performed heroic feats in every battle, humbling the pride of the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being "the strongest" in the world.
There is no force on earth to match the heroic Korean People's Army which has been strengthened as an invincible army under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, the illustrious commander of Mt. Paektu, they stressed.
Young people spoke of their determination.
